Our company, a prestigious HR firm based in Guangdong Province, China, is currently seeking to recruit several Legal Affairs Consultants to join our dynamic and diverse team. We specialize in providing tailored HR solutions to clients across various industries worldwide, including trade, mining, energy, and semiconductors, among others. Our clients are located globally, spanning across Europe, Africa, Asia, America, and more.
The primary responsibilities of the Legal Affairs Consultant will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of legal issues, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property law, and international trade law;
- Conducting legal research and analysis on legal trends, regulatory changes, and their potential impact on clients' businesses;
- Assisting clients in developing and implementing effective legal strategies to navigate complex legal environments;
- Identifying potential legal risks and opportunities for clients in different regions and industries;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry experts, and other influential individuals;
- Preparing and delivering presentations and reports to clients on key legal findings and recommendations.
