Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, Legal Secretary/Paralegal with a great work ethic, to join our team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our attornies, providing support and ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and carry out a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, self-starter and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support, preparing court documents, letters, etc.
• Communicate with clients and witnesses
• Welcome clients into the office and evaluate their needs
• Prepare case-specific documents, including memoranda and briefs
• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
• efiling documents with the curts
• Maintain and update documentation
• Answer phones

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with document management experience
• Excellent research skills
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Team Player

Salary is commensurate with experience.
