About the Role

As a Legal Training Consultant, you will drive customer satisfaction, resulting in long-term retention and ongoing revenue generation. You will ensure customers are getting the most significant benefits from their LexisNexis products, content, and tools. Furthermore, you will work to understand, meet, and exceed customer needs ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Creating a Territory Account Plan to support assigned corporate legal customers
  • Providing consultative services to customers to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products, content, and tools
  • Collaborating with Sales Representatives to drive strategy and account planning
  • Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with Sales Partners and/or Product Specialists
  • Conducting virtual presentations and training to customer user groups to help promote LexisNexis product in the marketplace
  • Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicating these to appropriate Product team members

Requirements
  • Have Juris Doctorate or degree in Legal Studies, or equivalent experience
  • Have excellent proven Sales or Training experience
  • Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
  • Be able to interact with C-level executives.
  • Display solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to travel to client sites (nominally, estimated at less than 10%)
