Schedule: On-call, This is an on-call position with some occasional weekends. Typical hours are 9am-5pm, but we are open to half days as well.

Minimum qualifications: One year of experience in an assisted living, independent or long-term care environment preferred Musical skills and/or arts & crafts experience are a major plus Engaging, enthusiastic and willing to learn with creativity to share in planning new activities Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent, college level also valued Current Minnesota driver's license with good driving record Passion to work with seniors and help them experience life to the fullest Heightened awareness of dementia and the aging process
