Job Title : Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient professional with a background in high-volume litigation environments and a strong ability to manage calendars, deadlines, and complex tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities :

• Litigation Management : Oversee and maintain litigation calendars, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are met.
• Client & Counsel Interaction : Act as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and opposing counsel to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Coordination : Organize meetings, conferences, and client intakes, providing comprehensive support to attorneys.
• Document Preparation : Draft motions, manage legal filings, and assist in case preparation for attorneys.
• Supervisory Potential : Provide guidance to junior team members as needed, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
  • Minimum of several years of experience managing litigation calendars and legal tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in high-volume, litigation-heavy firms.
  • Familiarity with jurisdictions like New York, Texas , or others is a significant advantage.
• Skills :
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal software and calendaring tools.
• Work Environment :
  
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of debt collection or settlement cases.

Compensation :

• Salary Range : $60,000-$65,000 annually.
