Dishwashing & Restocking: Wash, dry, and restock dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies promptly. Floor Care: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of debris. Restroom Maintenance: Clean and restock restrooms, maintaining high standards of hygiene. Spill Management: Respond promptly to spills and clean them with appropriate materials and equipment. Repair Notifications: Report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the household manager in a timely manner. Waste Disposal: Collect and dispose of trash regularly, ensuring proper sanitation protocols are followed. Guest Assistance: Provide courteous assistance to household guests as needed, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Linen Room: Keep the linen room organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Furniture Care: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of upholstered furniture. Qualifications & Requirements Time Management: Strong ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and complete duties within scheduled timelines. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 25-30 pounds regularly. Maintenance Skills: Basic knowledge of household maintenance and cleaning equipment.
