Support the Blackboard Learn and other centralized ed tech platforms, associated LTIs, APIs, plug-ins, multiple data integrations, and interfaces to related applications and information systems. Administer the applications through the graphical user interface, including localization, account management, system reporting, and tier 2&3 support. Experience in system implementation, ongoing maintenance, upgrade testing & deployment, patching, data backups & restores. Ability to proactively monitor ticket activity to look for any trends that need escalation. Required Skills Strong writing and organizational skills required.
