Job Summary:

Do you have general labor or warehouse experience? Are you energized by outdoor labor under minimal supervision? We have an exciting opportunity as a Loader / Unloader at Belle Tire, which could allow for growth potential into our distribution team. You would start at $16 per hour and we offer great benefits. The Loader / Unloader is a positive and eager to learn team player, generally responsible to assist with loading and un-loading products, moving tires, and performing tasks at the direction of the supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Do the right thing when interacting between employees and/or customers by communicating and representing one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner
• Assist in loading and unloading of product
• Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies
• Ready to start work by scheduled time
• General shop maintenance and cleaning tasks in areas as assigned
• Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to read and write English

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or vocational training is helpful

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of general labor experience

Physical Requirements

• The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• The ability to safely lift of up to 75 - 100 pounds to chest level
• Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching, grabbing, reaching and any other activity normally associated with a general laborer position and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.

Working Conditions:

Varying work hours, Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required. Workshop environment, with heavy physical requirements
