First Connect Health is seeking a local contract Pharmacist for a local contract job in Lake City, Florida.

Position Name: Full-time Advanced Clinical Pharmacist

Facility Name: HCA Florida Lake City Hospital​

Shift Preference: Nights (Rotating Weekends) * This is a 7 on 7 off Night shift. Wednesday – Tuesday: 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM

 

·       Salary Range: Min: $57.74/hr; Mid: $66.40/hr; Max: $73.04/hr (Heavily based on years of experience)

·       Shift Differentials: Night Shift - $7.50/hr   Weekend Shift - $3.00/hr

·       Sign on: $20,000

·       Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Open on experience. Would be open to someone that has Hospital experience or completion of a residency (Hospital experience is not required but strongly preferred)

·       Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education

·       BS or Pharm.D degree

·       Current Florida Pharmacist License or License eligible. Board certified

·       Customer service abilities including effective listening skills

·       Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
