$18.00/hr | Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
Overtime available Fridays and some Saturdays

We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support overnight production at a well-established manufacturer that builds industrial machinery used worldwide. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in running equipment the right way, maintaining quality standards, and being part of a team that values consistency and safety.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Safely operating multiple production machines to meet output goals
• Performing daily machine inspections and following all safety protocols
• Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as needed
• Loading and unloading materials to keep production moving efficiently
• Accurately recording labor and production data in the ERP system
• Packing finished products and preparing them for shipment
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safety-focused
• Providing production counts to support inventory tracking

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
• Experience working with metal is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on overnight shifts
• Dependable attendance and a team-first mindset
