Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Optimize workforce utilization to ensure operational efficiency
• Develop and oversee site-level maintenance and facility plans, incorporating corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance machine reliability and performance

Job Qualifications:

✅ Extensive experience and expertise in plastic injection molding machines

✅ Strong understanding of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

✅ Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
