Manager, Operations Analytics -  Full-Time / Exempt / Hybrid / Cordova, TN

As a TruckPro Manager, Operations Analytics , you will optimize accounting support for field operations, lead process improvements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Include:

\n
• Partner with Director, Operations Analytics to initiate new, and enhance existing, reporting strategies to optimize data use company-wide and ensure analytics are aligned to the business needs
\n
• Translate business needs into tools, metrics, and dashboards for actionable insights and data visualization
\n
• Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities efficiently (inventory optimization, customer profitability, customer churn)
\n
• Conduct detailed analysis of metrics used across business disciplines to evaluate processes, drive improvements or create enhancements that drive efficiency and profitability
\n
• Establish or enrich KPIs in line with company directives
\n
• Prepare ROI / cost-benefit analysis related to strategies and changes within the business, such as initial depth vs replenishment flow, speed to store or clearance / surplus generation
\n
• Provide general ad hoc analysis / analytics as needed
\n

Successful Candidates Will Have:

\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT, or Engineering is required.
\n
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
\n
• 5-7 years of work experience in a related field (analytics, sales operations, finance)
\n
• Experience developing complex Tableau reporting is required
\n
• Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is required
\n
• Deep knowledge of Excel and data aggregation techniques required
\n
• Business manager mindset with a drive for continuous process improvement (business intuition and inquisitiveness)
\n
• High analytic and financial acumen with a desire to problem-solve
\n
• Capable of working through complicated problems with minimal direction
\n
• Strategic thinker with an ability to adapt and pivot given business learnings
\n
• Strong organizational agility to enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration
\n
• Adept at developing well-structured communications and presentations
\n
• Able to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations
\n

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

• The work is sedentary. Typically, the associate may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some movement from area to area, transporting of items such as a laptop computer, paper, books, luggage and small parts, driving an automobile, etc.

• While performing the primary duties of the job, the associate will be regularly exposed to typical inside general office environment.
