Overview:

 

Under the general supervision of the Director, is responsible for assisting with planning, developing, organizing, and directing all activities of the Physical Medicine Department. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's of science in Physical, or Occupational Therapy or a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Valid state of practice license.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years clinical experience and/or 3 years supervisory experience.
• Certifications: BLS before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Other: Strong communication skills required.
• Preferred Experience: Experience in providing services to patients of all ages preferred.
