About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Curriculum and Instruction to join its founding team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that high-quality, rigorous instruction is delivered in a joyful classroom environment, in line with the company's mission to support the academic and personal success of all students. This role involves collaborating with the Head of School to define a clear academic vision, leading the development and execution of core curriculum and assessment platforms, and overseeing programs for special populations. The Managing Director will also be responsible for creating and managing ongoing support for teaching and learning, including coaching and professional development for teachers, and will play a key role in shaping the culture and legacy of the company. Applicants for the Managing Director of Curriculum and Instruction position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), experience in hiring and supervising employees, and a deep alignment with the company's mission and core values.
