Job Description

Carly Jean Los Angeles is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a year experience in marketing, contributing to the development and execution of strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

You should be passionate about:

• Understanding customer concerns, and how our products serve them

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Help manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience interactions.
• Aid in the development of advertising materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Prep for upcoming events.
• Lift up to 50 lbs of clothes, racks, boxes, etc.

Pay starts at: $20-25/hour

You must be able to:

• Report to the office daily (Tarzana, CA)
• Work night + weekend shifts (occasionally)
