Position Title: Marketing Assistant

Wage: $18.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Use tools like Canva / Deepl for creative support for digital campaigns, translations and web projects
- Support turnover of products on online promo store
- Support online display pump order system
- Keep display pumps organized, maintained and nameplated
- Order and maintain shipping material inventory
- Coordinate marketing mailings
- Support product photo shoots
- Support events such as tradeshows, virtual shows, webinars and technical presentation opportunities
- Maintain order in the Marketing Resource Center area
- Organize safe and assembled trade show booths/displays with instructions and expectations for on-site set up
- Perform general office duties such as sorting mail, data entry and compilation of research materials as needed

Requirements for Marketing Assistant:
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to lift up to 25lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional demeanor
