Responsibilities Lead shift operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Plan for each shift, monitor performance and safety, and take corrective action as needed. Communicate with the incoming and outgoing Shift Managers to ensure smooth hand‑offs. Help departments meet targets and overall restaurant goals. Foster a positive team environment, provide coaching and direction, and support leadership development.
