Responsibilities Lead shift operations, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Plan for each shift, monitor performance and safety, and take corrective action as needed. Communicate with the incoming and outgoing Shift Managers to ensure smooth hand‑offs. Help departments meet targets and overall restaurant goals. Foster a positive team environment, provide coaching and direction, and support leadership development. Key Tasks Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
