We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong technical and mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong able body. Any additional skill set/experience such as welding, fabrication, construction, and sales will be applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on turbine pumps, control panels, VFD drives, VHS electric motors, as well as other electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform routine maintenance programs for golf course pumping systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients to determine their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in a service technician role or similar capacity preferred.
• Experience with a variety of hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL driver’s license is preferred but not required.
