We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandise Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing inventory, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized. 

Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $11.00/hr
• Flexible hours. 3-6 hour shifts between 9a – 9p (Mon-Sat) and 11-7 (Sundays)

Key Success Factors for our team members:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Previous experience in retail or stock management is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• ENERGETIC, friendly, and helpful attitude
• Honest, dependable, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Friendly and helpful attitude
• Perform duties with minimal direct supervision after training
• Desire to learn

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Organize merchandise on hangers
• Place merchandise throughout store based on product size and gender
• Organize and maintain stockroom and merchandise displays
• Assist in inventory counts and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Support the team in maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
