Mi Dia from Scratch is a dining experience fusing Mexico City recipes with Santa Fe and Tex-Mex flavors. We are looking for highly motivated team players that will take pride in what they do and where they work. Individuals with a great attitude and a readiness to learn will excel within our company.

Servers are expected to

• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
• Serve food or beverages to patrons
• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
• Have a hard work ethic and keep up with running side work
• Anticipate the needs of our guests
• Smile and have fun!
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Create an exceptional dining experience from beginning to end

Working Conditions: This position requires standing for extended periods of time.

Lunch and dinner shifts vary and include evenings and weekends. Server Assistants and Hosts work in a fast-paced and professional environment that operates at a high volume. Servers Assistants are required to be able to lift 20 lb.
