Responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage options.
• Process loan applications and gather necessary documentation for underwriting.
• Conduct credit analysis to evaluate borrower eligibility and risk.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful transactions.
• Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements, including TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to ensure smooth loan closings.

Qualifications

• Must have an NMLS license
• Excellent customer service and financial sales skills
• Familiarity with TILA regulations and Fair Housing laws
• Effective negotiation skills and knowledge of FNMA guidelines
• Ability to work as a team, going above your responsibilities to make sure the loan closes.
