About the Role:
As the Multifamily Project Manager , you'll take the lead on this exciting rehab project , overseeing all aspects of construction from pre-construction to final delivery. Your expertise will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Oversee construction progress and troubleshoot challenges on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and the community.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction management (rehab experience preferred).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Local to Augusta or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
