About the Role:

As the Multifamily Project Manager , you'll take the lead on this exciting rehab project , overseeing all aspects of construction from pre-construction to final delivery. Your expertise will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee construction progress and troubleshoot challenges on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and the community.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction management (rehab experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Local to Augusta or willing to relocate (relocation assistance available).
