The Hotel Night Auditor/PM Desk Agent is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift and PM Shift
Key Responsibilities
* Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.
* Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
* Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes.
* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
* Perform security checks throughout the hotel.
* Maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability.
* Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years experience in hotel front desk or accounting preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and ask team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Ability to work overnight shifts, PM shifts and weekends.
