The Night Operations Supervisor oversees warehouse operations during night shifts to ensure smooth inventory management and order fulfillment processes. This role supervises a team of associates responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 7 pm to completion

• Oversee daily operations during night shifts ensuring timely order processing and product shipments.
• Manage and assign tasks to warehouse associates, prioritizing workloads based on volume and deadlines.
• Monitor performance metrics such as fill rates, order cycle times, and associate productivity to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including day shift managers, to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to all safety protocols within the warehouse.
• Train new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs), including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order status or product quality promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse systems such as WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach associates to achieve peak performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., pushing/pulling, and working at elevated heights.
