Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Alternate Administrator for the Agency. The Alternate Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, budgeting, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This role is located in Houston, TX. Qualifications

  • Licensed registered nurse; or licensed vocational nurse.
  • Bachelor’s degree in home health, nursing or other related field and with at least five (5) years of experience in health service administration and at least five (5) years of administrative or supervisory experience in home health care or related health program (hospital, nursing facility, personal assistance services, or hospice, etc.)
  • Operations Management and Team Management skills
  • Analytical skills for data analysis, report creation, and decision-making
  • Budgeting skills to maintain financial performance
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Extensive computer word processing and data entry experience.
  • Ability to complete daily staffing based on client need and census.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage administrative and field staff to maintain processes, resolve conflict and comply with Agency policies and procedures.
  • Must function with minimal supervision and exhibit good judgment.
  • Maintain client and employee confidentiality per Agency policy and HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; Spanish as a second language preferable.
