OPEN POSITION: 
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care

SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- 4 or 5 Days per Week
- No Evenings
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call

COMPENSATION:
- $135,000 to $190,000 Total Annual Compensation
- $110,000 to $130,000 Annual Base Salary, dependent on experience
- Monthly Productivity Bonuses ($2,000 to $5,000 per Month)

LOCATION: 
Wickenburg, Arizona

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This multi-site healthcare clinic has been serving its local community for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care.  They currently boast a staff of 8 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members, as well as visiting specialists.  Being affiliated with a local hospital, they have easy access to services for laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray, EKG, minor surgical procedures, and more. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
This is an outpatient primary care position in a rural health clinic, seeing patients of all ages or an adult-only patient panel (based on provider preference and background).

Providers see an average of 22 to 25 patients per day and are supported by dedicated clinical assistants, with administrative time built into the schedule.

All work is within the area of standard primary care:

- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- physicals
- chronic disease management
- minor sick / injury visits

The practice uses an EHR.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience preferred, not required
- new graduates are welcome to apply
