Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate eager to launch their professional career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As the Office Administrator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing top-notch client service, and supporting both staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls, ensuring each inquiry reaches the right person or department.
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Ensure their comfort by offering refreshments, managing coat check, and guiding them to meetings or waiting areas. Promptly notify the appropriate team member of their arrival.
  • Oversee day-to-day coordination with vendors and building management.
  • Support office operations by maintaining a polished, organized, and well-stocked workspace, coordinating internal meetings, and assisting with ad hoc needs.
  • Provide on-boarding support for new hires and contractors to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail services and assist employees with shipping requests.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants on timekeeping, expense reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits
