Job DescriptionJob Description Job Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a direct contact with customers and internal Business Units. Serve as a liaison between customers and operations. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (NPI, SQM, Production) to ensure project success. Understand and meet customer expectations as defined in contracts, RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, or verbal requests. Develop cost quotations for RFQs, RFPs, SOWs, and verbal requests as needed. Create and manage project plans (roadmap/Gantt chart) with key milestones for process implementation. Communicate key business metrics, goals, objectives, and reporting requirements. Set and achieve goals and objectives in collaboration with customers, operations, and respective business units. Execute cost reduction and continuous improvement activities to ensure low cost, profitability, and high customer satisfaction. Monitor financial performance to ensure revenue and profit goals are met. Track program performance to customer expectations and work with operations to address deficiencies. Develop and implement corrective action plans for underperforming business metrics and ensure plans are met. Communicate corrective action plans to customers proactively when performance is below expectations. Major Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve technical, business, cost, and schedule challenges. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven interpersonal skills. Familiarity with P&L terminology and concepts. Self-motivated and results-driven. Experience: 3+ years of project management experience. Education: BS/MS in Marketing, Operations, Information Management, or Business Administration. Other Requirements: Expert use of Microsoft suite of application software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Project or program management experience. Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish is a plus.
