We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Options Trader to join our esteemed trading desk within our broker-dealer firm. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 7 years of robust experience in trading options products, with a focus on either equity or fixed income. Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage options trading strategies across equity and fixed income products
- Analyze market trends and utilize advanced quantitative techniques to inform trading decisions

- Monitor and assess market conditions, adjusting strategies as necessary to capitalize on emerging opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Trading capacity, preferably within a bank, hedge fund, or proprietary trading firm
- Proficient technical expertise in Python, with the ability to develop and implement algorithms to enhance trading strategies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of options pricing and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
