JOB DESCRIPTION

Southeastern Food Merchandisers is now hiring motivated Selectors looking to earn as much as (or more than) $34 per hour. NO CAP ON HOURLY RATE . Earn as much as you are capable with our 100% productivity-based pay structure! All compensation is based on the cases picked and the accuracy of those picks.

Productivity-based pay - you earn as much as the cases you select. You must be motivated! You have the potential to earn as much as $34/hr. based on your productivity!

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or state issued GED
• Previous experience in foodservice or warehouse industry (preferred)
• Must past a pre-hire background check

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Basic reading and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
• Be able to work in ambient temperatures (dry warehouse) or in temperature-controlled areas (cooler and freezer)
• Experience as an Order Selector is a plus but not required
• Progressive Growth Track
