The Replenishment Operations Supervisor supervises daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations for Replenishing the warehouse. This position manages direct reports and has accountability for productivity, quality and safety.

Step into a pivotal role as an Operations Supervisor at McKesson, a Fortune 10 company revolutionizing healthcare accessibility and affordability. Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and lead your team to new heights as you drive efficiency and innovation in our night shift operations.

Target Salary: 60-68K

2. What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

• Manage day-to-day operations of Replenishments as well as other Outbound functions
• Oversee material handling and inventory accuracy within the warehouse
• Monitors Replenishments up against schedule and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working order
• Conduct audits on outbound trailers and containers as well as machines
• Verify load quantities match purchase orders

3. What Were Looking For (Requirements)

• Typically requires A minimum of 3 years of subject matter experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in a large-size Distribution Center.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office products, with excellent business communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make informed business decisions.
• Demonstrated employee engagement skills.

4. Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
• Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, discipline, and record-keeping.
• Experience with DEA regulations is a plus.
• WMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Access and the ability to interpret and analyze data.
• High energy distribution center environment adaptability.
• May be required to work various shifts, including nights and days, with some overtime required.
