Outside Golf Services Manager
Golf course in West Hartford, Connecticut is looking for an Outside Golf Services Manager.
Position Overview:
In this role, you will be the first and last point of contact for our members and guests responsible for providing superior service and maintain the finest amenities while promoting an atmosphere of excellence. You are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized work environment while presenting a professional and positive image for their areas of focus: Bag Drop, Club Staging Area, Cart Barn and Practice Facilities.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Greet members/guests upon their arrival and provide a fond farewell at their departure.
• Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet per course.
• Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility operations.
• Provide services to members after completion of play.
• Keep work area clean and orderly at all times.
• Assist with member requests as needed.
• Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events.
• Adhere to all club, and Golf Department related policies and procedures.
• Professionally conduct oneself and maintain a professional image at all times.
• Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be professional, a team player, and passionate about golf and delivering exceptional experiences.
Prior experience in golf operations is preferred.
Compensation:
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour.
