Job Requirements

  • Park Ambassadors & Sales Associates- Bounce Park in Grapevine, TX
  • Pay: $15/hour. Paid weekly with direct deposit.
  • Job Type: Part-time. Temporary. Seasonal.
  • Shift: Fridays 3pm - 7:30pm. Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 7:30 pm. and school holidays.
  • Schedule: Park is open every Fri/Sat/Sun 10/03/24 to 12/08/24 .

Job Requirements:

The WORLD'S BIGGEST BOUNCE PARK ® at Grapevine Mills Mall is seeking WEEKEND & SCHOOL HOLIDAY FUN TEAM!

As a Park Ambassador & Sales Associate, you are directly responsible for the FUN and EXCITEMENT of hosting thousands of families in our park. Must be outside and on your feet all day, dealing with kids & teenagers having fun & dancing in the bounce house.

Currently, we are in search of new Park Ambassadors & Sales Associates to join our team! Must be within 20 miles of the location. Must be able to handle working in a physically demanding position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Must Love Kids . Our park caters to kids between 4 and 12 years old, and their families.
  • Work outside all day .
  • Work every weekend during operations and some holidays .
  • Be punctual.
  • Have great communication.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
  • Must be 15 years of age or older.
  • Retail sales experience highly desired.
  • Great Leadership and motivational skills required.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
  • Conduct recommendations of products based on guest needs.
  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to the guests.
  • Operate registers for all guest transactions.
  • Maintain a fun & safe environment inside the park.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
  • Assist in managing inventory on an ongoing basis.
  • Support team lead in all opening and closing of the park procedures.
  • Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
  • Respond appropriately to urgent situations and follow protocol.
  • Customer Service and Sales experience preferred.
  • Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
