Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Biology or Chemistry and should have experience in prosecuting patent applications, conducting patent invalidity searches, non-infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses, IP due diligence, patent litigation support, (IPR, PGR) proceedings, and client counseling. Qualifications Candidates will have a Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry or Organic/Medicinal Chemistry. JD and State Bar. Must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
