Compensation: $19.43/hour

Schedule: M-F 10:30am-7pm

As the leader in autologous serum eye drops (ASEDs), we offer a hassle-free and affordable way to obtain serum tears for patients across the country. Patient Service Specialist Overview:

As a Patient Service Specialist , you will be the bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Patient Communication : Engage with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide empathetic support. Educate them about dry eye disease and the benefits of our serum tears.
• Physician Collaboration : Collaborate with doctors, ophthalmologists, and optometrists to ensure seamless communication and patient care. Discuss treatment plans and answer any questions they may have.
• Order Processing : Facilitate the ordering process for serum tears. Coordinate blood draws, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service to patients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Patient Service Specialist Qualifications:

• Passion for Patient Care : You genuinely care about improving patients' quality of life.
• Strong Communication Skills : Clear, compassionate communication is essential.
• Organizational Skills : Juggling multiple tasks? No problem!
• Healthcare Background : Experience in healthcare, ophthalmology, or optometry is a plus.
