You will be expected to stay current on evolving payroll regulations, wage laws, and compliance requirements across multiple regions. Additionally, you will assist with year-end payroll activities, including the preparation of W-2s, 1099s, and international tax documentation, and support both internal and external audits through meticulous record keeping.

  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in payroll processing within a corporate or multi-state environment
  • Preferred experience with payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Paychex; global payroll experience is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and international payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple payroll cycles efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees, management, and international teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience processing payroll for multi-state and international employees
  • Knowledge of global payroll tax reporting and international compliance requirements
  • Certification such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar credentials is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Employee Assistance Program and Family Planning Program
  • Generous paid time off, including holiday pay
  • 401(K) plan
  • Additional perks such as daily lunch and snacks, employee discounts, paid parking, and opportunities for professional development
