*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong background in various medical practices, including emergency medicine and memory care, as well as proficiency in medical imaging and laboratory procedures.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
* Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures as required.
* Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding their conditions and wellness strategies.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients, particularly in medical-surgical settings.
* Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant discipline.
* Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
* Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Acute Care (CPNP-AC) or training with pediatric patients.
* Strong knowledge of medical-surgical practices, emergency medicine, and memory care protocols.
* Proficiency in medication administration and patient assessment techniques.
* Experience with medical imaging systems is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
