Job Description

United States Citizenship and Background Investigation Required per Government Contract.

The PeopleSoft Application Developer will document and analyze integrations and reporting in USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment (PeopleTools 8.6, PUM 50). This role focuses on third-party/federal integrations, nVision and Query reports, and bank reconciliation, supporting a federal client’s dual FASAB/FASB needs. Collaborates with the team to deliver sprint-based outputs and a future-state roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Document integrations with systems (e.g., CRM, Banking, Treasury SPS, GTAS).
• Analyze nVision, PeopleSoft Query, and web reports, capturing data sources and logic.
• Assess bank reconciliation automation feasibility.
• Document integration-related batch processes and data flows.
• Identify integration/reporting pain points (e.g., reporting limitations) for root cause analysis.
• Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
• Interview USHMM IT/finance staff to clarify integration and reporting needs.
• Contribute to future-state roadmap, focusing on integration and reporting modernization.

Qualifications:

• 6-7 years of PeopleSoft development experience in Integration Broker, nVision, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with integrations, federal interfaces (e.g., GTAS), and reporting in PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Knowledge of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.

Location: Remote, with possible funded travel to DC offices during key milestones.

Type: Full-time Remote.

Period of Performance: 12 months (Jul 2025 - Jul 2026) with four additional option years.
