Well-established P&C insurance agency in North Tampa has an immediate need for a Personal Lines CSR. This role supports the Personal Lines team and Senior Account Manager with client retention, policy renewals, reviewing accounts for non-renewals or rate increases, processing endorsements and mortgage changes, handling cancellations, and responding to client inquiries by phone and email.
We're seeking candidates with 1+ years of Personal Lines experience. Must have a 220, 2044, or 440 insurance license and be able to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
