Pharmacist needed to support healthcare clinic in Seattle, WA.
'..Active Pharmacist License: Hold a current, unrestricted pharmacist license in WA.
2. Patient-Centered Approach: Committed to compassionate, judgment-free care—especially for patients living with HIV/AIDS and underserved populations.
3. Clinical Excellence: Demonstrates baseline knowledge of HIV medications, a strong understanding of chronic disease management, and preventative therapies; AAHIVP certification preferred but not required.
4. Operational Competence: Proficient in using pharmacy software systems, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Knowledge of the McKesson Enterprise pharmacy management system is preferred.
5. Collaborative Mindset: Works well within multidisciplinary care teams, contributing to holistic, coordinated care.
