Overview of the Role:

As a Pilot, you will take command of the Eclipse 500, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Your responsibilities will see you meticulously preparing for each journey by assessing all flight-related data, coordinating logistical details, and maintaining the aircraft’s readiness for flight. You will contribute to the company’s exceptional reputation in the aviation industry by exhibiting professionalism and utilizing your extensive flight experience.

Responsibilities:

• Command the Eclipse 500 as a single pilot for both domestic and international flights.
• Prepare meticulously before each flight, gathering all necessary information including crew, passengers, and flight plans.
• Communicate proactively with the Scheduler regarding any potential changes caused by weather or other factors.
• Calculate aircraft weight and balance, managing fuel requirements efficiently.
• Verify airworthiness of the aircraft, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and onboard.
• Confirm that the crew maintains valid licenses, current medicals, and is well-rested and appropriately attired.
• Ensure all navigation publications, manuals, and documents are onboard and up-to-date.
• Coordinate international travel requirements with relevant authorities and planning services, as necessary.
• Facilitate maintenance coordination with the Director of Maintenance and Flight Operations, especially for situations away from the home base.
• Complete all Flight Activity and trend monitoring reports promptly and accurately.
• Manage all post-flight duties, including communicating any itinerary deviations or maintenance concerns.

Requirements:

• Ability to remain consistent and composed under pressure.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough aircraft inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Preferred: College degree (BS or BA).
• Preferred: Airline Transport Pilot rating.
• Mandatory: Commercial Aircraft Pilot Rating and ME Commercial or ATP Certificate.
• Ability to operate flights in Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
• Proximity to KHDC (30-minute drive time).
• CFI-CFII-MEI certification (preferred).
• Required flight hours: 2,500 Total Time, 1,000 Multi-Engine, 1,000 Turbine, and high-altitude experience.
• Current Class II Medical Certificate.
• Valid US or Foreign Passport with requisite VISAs prior to training.
• Proficiency in English.
