We are seeking a skilled Insulation Technician to join our team! This role involves working on residential properties, specializing in insulation removal and installation in crawl spaces and attics. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, experienced, and reliable, with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Remove insulation using large vacuum systems in crawl spaces and attics
• Install insulation in attics and apply spray foam insulation underneath mobile homes
• Blow fiberglass insulation into attics and seal gaps using spray foam
• Work in confined spaces, including underneath mobile homes and within attic spaces
• Wear proper safety gear, including a respirator, full-body suit, gloves, and other PPE
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project details and expectations
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring proper use and care
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in insulation installation and removal is required
• Must be comfortable working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Must be physically capable of lifting and handling insulation materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear necessary protective gear
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

What You Can Expect

• $20.00 - $22.00/hr – depending on experience
• Schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Average of 30+ hours per week, with schedules varying by project.
