YOUR LIFE AS A PLUMBING TECHNICIAN SUPERVISOR
As a Plumbing Technician Supervisor, you take calls to assist service techs and helpers in performing their job duties by solving problems and answering questions. You are a very hands-on leader, so you take one day each month to train by going to jobs with technicians and teaching them different skills. When service problems are identified, you kindly provide technicians with feedback as well as monitor their monthly numbers to provide the appropriate coaching. Your leadership and friendly disposition put you in a great place to openly communicate and help our team. You also help the business manager identify needed equipment, make orders, and create policies and procedures. Some of your administrative duties include monitoring ServiceTitan and reviewing invoices as well as looking for problems with pricing jobs, missing quotes, and upsells. Mentoring team members and seeing them develop their skills gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
