The Ballwin Police Department is conducting a hiring process for a Police Officer. Qualified applicants will be contacted and scheduled for standardized Personnel Evaluation Profile (PEP) testing and interviews.

Benefits :

• STARTING SALARY - $63,507 to $67,375 dependent on prior years of service and qualifications.

• LAGERS (L12) Pension
• Paid Leave Two weeks of vacation each year, accrue 8 hours of sick leave each month, and two personal days off each year. In addition, the City observes ten paid holidays each year.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• Certification as a police officer of a Missouri First Class County (Class A Post License)
• Possess a Missouri Driver's License at time of appointment
• High school graduate or possess a G.E.D.
• Must be a Citizen of the United States and a Missouri resident at time of appointment.
• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Individuals who have interviewed with the Ballwin Police Department in the last 12 months are not eligible to participate.
