We're seeking a trustworthy and reliable Post Construction and Contents Cleaner to make sure our clients are happy. We're looking for an efficient team member who has strong time management and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting, and sanitizing a variety of surfaces and areas in the home. You should ideally have experience with cleaning equipment and products, as well as the ability to perform strenuous deep cleanings on a consistent basis. $18 - $22 hourly

• Clean windows, kitchen, restrooms, sinks, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and vanities
• Remove dust from surfaces and blinds
• Sweep and vacuum floors, carpets, rugs, and upholstery

Conduct thorough cleaning of newly constructed or renovated residential and commercial spaces, including but not limited to:

• Removing dust, debris, and construction materials
• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures, and appliances
• Vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Ensuring all areas are free from smudges, stains, and odors
• Clean and restore contents within the space, including furniture, fixtures, appliances, and other items, using appropriate cleaning methods and products
• Handle delicate materials and items with care during the cleaning process, ensuring they are returned to their original condition
• Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and products to achieve high-quality results while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols
• Work collaboratively with construction teams and project managers to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Inspect completed work to verify cleanliness and address any deficiencies or areas requiring additional attention
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance or replenishment needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality standards, and customer service, striving to exceed expectations in all aspects of the job

• Experience with a variety of home cleaning products and techniques
• 1+ year experience as house cleaner preferred, but not required
• We require the ability to lift 20 or more pounds, standing and bending for extended periods of time, and strenuous labor regularly
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Possesses a strong work ethic along with time management and interpersonal skills

• Experience in post-construction cleaning or related fields preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as required by project deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
