Express Employment is Hiring for a Local Company - Pressure Washer Technician

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour | Full-Time | 40+ hrs/week

Job Summary:
Express Employment is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Pressure Washer Technician for a reputable local company. If you're hands-on, love working outdoors, and take pride in a job well done, this opportunity is for you. You'll be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing services across various surfaces-all while delivering top-tier customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Operate pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, buildings, and farm equipment
• Assess surface conditions and choose the right cleaning methods and solutions
• Prep work sites by removing obstacles and setting up safety measures
• Maintain and care for pressure washing equipment (clean filters, report issues, etc.)
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
• Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and others safe on-site

What We're Looking For:

• Strong physical stamina (you'll be lifting equipment and on your feet)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• Ability to commute to East Grand Forks, MN (required)
• Willingness to travel (25% preferred)
• Experience is a plus-but we're happy to train motivated candidates!
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals is also a bonus

Perks & Pay:

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time (40+ hours per week)
• Monday to Friday schedule (occasional weekends as needed)
