Summary:
(New role due to growth) The Manager role is an integral part of the team to providing support to the Operations & Office Departments. Must be able to multi-task, have excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational and time management skills.
General responsibilities:
Qualification / Requirements:
• Experience or knowledge with AP and AR. (experience in one but knowledgeable in other)
• Currently in a role that displays potential leadership or current leadership experience
• productive, initiate task, create and constantly show improvement
• Excellent communications skills, written and oral
• Experience in customer service with customers and consumer product issues.
• Computer skill sets & ERP literate
• Communicate and work well with everyone in many departments
Education/ Experience:
US college degree
Has supervisory or managerial experience over a team in an office setting (with in the last 2 jobs).
Has trained or managed others in job roles with in last 2 jobs.
Work experience and familiarity in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (is required)
Computer literate
Experience in customer service or ecommerce
