This request is for a vendor to provide a flexible staffing model to meet the ongoing needs detailed above. The selected vendor must be able to source all of the resource types listed in the event. The anticipated need for each resource type is unknown at this time. The resource types being requested under the solicitation are: Quality Assurance Team Lead Senior Quality Assurance Analyst Junior Quality Assurance Analyst The Minnesota Pubic Employees Retirement Association (PERA) is undergoing a modernization of their Pension Administration System. PERA is seeking a vendor to provide Quality Assurance resources to work on Pension Administration System modernization project. The need for resources is expected to vary throughout the contract. The vendor may need to quickly increase the number of resources when required and be willing to reduce the number of resources based on PERA needs. Additionally, PERA is looking to collaborate with the selected vendor in the management of those resources. The Vendor will need to identify a main contact who will oversee the resources placed. Vendor must be able to provide resources meeting the qualifications in the Buyer Attachment. Individual resources being provided will be memorialized via a Work Request document  that will define the resource being provided, the qualifications, and the sample tasks - see Buyer Attachment Sample Work Request. Each work request documents will be signed by the vendor and the state. Work Requests timelines will vary based on project and resource needs.  For additional details on the request such as qualifications, tasks, and evaluation criteria, see the attachments found in the Buyer Attachment section of the Event. Resource Categories and Skills Quality Assurance Team Lead Sample Tasks   · Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Analysts.
