Description

We're seeking a Residential Intern who is eager to dive into the dynamic world of property management. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and informing prospective residents about our community, overseeing our social media presence, assisting with administrative tasks related to leasing, and compiling marketing and sales reports. You'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service to both residents and guests, while also analyzing our operational and marketing strategies. At the culmination of your internship, you'll present your findings and insights to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all customers, explain benefits of community 
• Manage social media platforms for community 
• Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process
• Assist in preparing various marketing and sales reports 
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Analyze operations and marketing initiatives throughout internship and prepare presentation for Comstock’s leadership team on your findings 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Rising Junior, Senior or 2025 Graduate
• Degree in Real Estate, Sales or in a related field is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends
• Prior industry internship/work experience and an interest in Real Estate is a plus 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills 
• Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast paced environment 
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and learn in a growing organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 
• Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision
