Requirements:

• State Certified General real estate appraiser with a minimum of 10 years of commercial appraisal and/or review experience
• 4-year college degree
• MAI designation or completion of all Appraisal Institute courses and achievement of all levels of appraisal experience required for the MAI designation or its equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PDFs
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
• Flexible team worker with the ability to manage priorities, multitask effectively in a busy environment, and meet client deadlines

Special Competencies

• Demonstrate adherence to high-quality reporting and control standards
• Good communicator, able to liaise with fellow appraisers and impose reporting quality
